Job Objective

To perform routine and preventive maintenance, repairs, lubrication, and cleaning of machine tools, equipment, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily & Monthly Maintenance: Ensure the timeliness of daily production equipment inspections. Maintain monthly equipment maintenance schedules and update checklists strictly as per SOPs.

• Troubleshooting & Analysis: Analyze causes of equipment failure, execute maintenance follow-ups, confirm the effectiveness of repairs, and actively control equipment maintenance costs.

• Team Leadership & Training: Oversee the daily maintenance work and personnel discipline of 2 direct reportees. Conduct training for group personnel on equipment structure and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Fixture Improvement: Modify and produce manipulator fixtures, and continuously drive improvements in product processing fixtures.

• Equipment Management: Establish and maintain a complete equipment account; supervise and enforce the correct and safe use of all machinery.

• Workshop Organization: Lead temporary delivery tasks, organize and plan workshop equipment layouts, and ensure the normal, efficient operation of all production equipment.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: CIPET, DPT, DPPT, DPMT, or B.Tech.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in an injection moulding environment.

Functional & Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in breakdown reduction and machine maintenance.

• Proven ability to execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules.

• Capability to consistently achieve UPH (Units Per Hour) and UPPH (Units Per Person Hour) targets.
